Three Generations, Four Nations, One Mission

The Nations United Team efforts, encouragements, materials, and mentorship supported several Watch Parties and a Families' Pop-Up Cup of Nations in High Point, NC in July 2026. 

The Family Pop-Up Cup of Nations was so much fun! It was a scorchingly hot day so we began at 9 am. We set the field, divided into two teams and began the tournament. It was the "Finals" because it was too hot to play more than one game. We were 5 families, spanning 3 generations of family members, and representing 4 nationalities (Guatemala, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, and the United States). There were grandparents, parents, and kids involved ranging in age from 74 years old to 7 years old. My 13 year old daughter said, "This was the most fun I've ever had as a family." And my Grace is hard to impress. Prayer and laughter were our halftime coaching strategies as we utilized the World Cup "fun facts" and "prayer points" that Victoria posted in our NASM Telegram group to take turns praying for England and France.

Our Golden Boot winner was 7 year old Faith, who scored 2 goals to lead her team to a 2-1 victory.
