Reconciliation and Growth

We recently witnessed a meaningful moment of reconciliation among students in our online community. As many of us know, sports can bring out both the best and the most challenging parts of us and esports are no different. While gaming together, several students began experiencing relational tension, and things grew difficult.

In the middle of this, two of our students, Aiden and Adele, chose a different path.

With the support of one of our leaders, they sat down for an honest, one-on-one conversation. They listened to one another, owned their part, and moved toward understanding. It wasn’t easy, but it was incredibly healthy and God honored their willingness to work through the conflict.

Since that conversation, Aiden and Adele have not only reconciled, they’ve grown closer and are now setting an example for the rest of our online community. Their maturity is inspiring, and both have expressed interest in stepping into student leadership within our ministry.

Moments like this remind us that spiritual growth often shows up in the way we relate to one another. These two students are a testimony that young people can model Christlike humility and courage in ways that even inspire adults.

We’re so proud of you, Aiden and Adele.
